Trinity II Corporation, a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware is a DC CBE certified small business. Trinity II Corporation provides comprehensive facility maintenance, janitorial services, contract management and light commercial construction services.

The founders and principal members of Trinity II Corporation have an outstanding track record and past performance with clients in the commercial and government sectors with over 25 years of industry experience and possess over 60+ years of combined management experience. The management team pride themselves in providing their clients with quality service at a fair price.

Our corporate culture has been carefully crafted and organized to attract and maintain loyalty among staff which includes over 46 employees. Our senior managers and supervisors have longstanding relationships that span almost 2 decades providing strength and stability in its leadership. The average length of employment of a Trinity II employee excluding management and supervisors is two and half years. To minimize employee turnover, we have established a ‘promote from within’ policy. As a result, three of our existing supervisors started part-time and have been promoted to their current levels.

The service goal at Trinity II Corporation is to exceed the expectations of those we are privilege to serve. To that end, we continuously strive to develop new and more efficient ways to service our clients.  Quality service has always been our number one priority. As a result of our quality service, our contract retention rate is very high - resulting in low employee turnover. We pride ourselves in our personal involvement with each individual client and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
